I have been silent for awhile because not much is new. However this Friday MD Anderson will repeat the scans and then we meet with the doctor the following Monday Nov 8th.
We are hoping to hear that the radiation, chemo and blood thinners are all working against the lesions and thrombosis and that they are gone or greatly reduced.
Getting tired of this chemo drug. I keeps me weak, under motivated and sick to my stomach most of the time. If all is well with the exam I am going to lobby to terminate or reduce the dose.
The medication and doctors can only do so much. It is only God who can rid me of this affliction. Please continue the prayers.
We certainly will continue the prayers.

Will do.

Ray - I am so disheartened to hear that you are sick to your stomach. Nausea is the one thing that I can not deal with. I don't think I could find the strength or will to keep on fighting if the trade-off was nausea. Silly me, I thought you were all better for the most part - you kept your poker face and never complained! I complain more about my crappy computer than you do about your health. I do hope the harsh treatments are working and that you are able to decrease the dosage so that the nausea is bearable. sniff sniff :(
ReplyDeleteHere's hoping for good results. I will be sending up extra prayers for all involved. Love you all.
